Receiving Files

We accept CD's, Jazz and Zip Disks, Floppy Disks and Email files

NOTE: When receiving files, our biggest problems are not having a laser proof for reference and files not having all pieces used to build it. [i.e.: Fonts, TIFF, JPEG, and EPS files.] Not having these files and information will cause delays and, in some cases, even errors in the printing of your job.

When Emailing a file, please call and let us know that you have sent us a file. This will facilitate a quicker response in getting your job into production.

Always provide as much information concerning your file as possible [i.e.: Colors, 1,2,3,4, process or spot, 1 or 2 sided, resolution, quantity, deadlines, type of proof and all specifications specific to your files.] You can never have too much information. However, not enough can cost time and money.

We archive files for a period of 60 days after the job is delivered. If you would like us to archive your files for an indefinite period, or write them to CD and return them to you, just let us know.
