We can receive your digital files on CD's, jazz or zip disks, and floppy disks. You can also send files by email, pdf, or upload to our ftp site. Please call customer service to make us aware that you have sent a file and by which method we should be expecting it. This will facilitate a quicker response in getting your job into production. Please remember that Mac files are preferable, but PC files are accepted. We work with the following current applications:

Our biggest problems when receiving files are not having a laser proof for reference and files that are missing some pieces used to build it (ie: missing fonts, jpegs, tiff, and eps files). Not having these file components will cause delays in production and sometimes errors in your job.

Always provide as much information concerning your file as possible (ie: colors, 1,2,3,4 process or spot, 1 or 2 sided, resolution, quantity, deadlines, type of proof, and any specifications unique to your file). You can never have too much information, but not having enough could cost time and money.

All price quotes include a 1/2 hour of graphics disk pre-flight or production time. Additional graphics production costs are based on time and materials and will be billed additionally. We archive files for a period of 60 days after the job is delivered. If you would like us to archive your files for an indefinite period or write them to a CD and return them to you, just let us know.
